And in our meeting I told her ok 9 more days to go and I will have a new year and start fresh again. Me and my Supervisor had our last verbal meeting on 12/21. So on 1/1/22 was a new year so it would allow me to miss 9 days if I had too. Meeting never happened and 6 weeks later I was terminated. It was a few emails back and forth saying she was really busy but said that she would set a time to meet with more. I even emailed my Director in asking her if I could meet with her and that my attendance was reported wrong. 3 weeks later my Father died of Covid in the hospital and didnt get to see him to say Goodbye and 4 months later my ***** committed Suicide in my moms home. I lost my Husband of 21yrs, to which 5 months prior he was missing and we have 5 children together.
My last year there, I went through a lot. The current Direct in the ************* *** never liked me. Again every Director before this one, I got along very well. Actually they were Awesome! The Director *************** and kind of scary. Now every other Supervisor prior to her no problems at all.
She was my Supervisor for the last year I worked there. I was let go because I supposedly went 1 day over our attendance policy. I worked for this company for about close to 15yrs.
